Officer Rachael Jonas has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University Fresno. She has experience as an intern with the Department of Justice and was previously employed by Madera County Probation Department before becoming a Police Officer in Texas. She has five years of patrol experience and is currently FTO and ARIDE certified.
